Shipping
I ship to US locations only. Orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail from Bloomington, Illinois.
Shipping rates are based on the subtotal before tax.
$0.00-$30.00 = $4.00
$30.01-$59.99 = $8.00
$60.00 and up = FREE
Orders received before 3pm Central Time M-F ship within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped next business day. I will email you if extenuating circumstances will delay your order.

Items must be shipped to a confirmed Paypal address.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

What does "NoCoastal" mean?
NoCoastal is a way of living remote of the coasts in the plains, valleys, and mountains. One might call it "landlocked". From the Midwest to the West and back again-- bound to no sea. It's feeling connected to the land around you in a restorative way.
Why wood?
Growing up in the great northwoods of North Central Wisconsin, I've always felt a connection to the forest and trees. I also love to make a statement with my jewelry choices, but I don't like heavy pieces weighing my ears down. Using wood in my designs allows me to make a bigger statement without tugging my ears-- that's extra important to someone with sensitive ears like me!
What kind of wood do you use?
The wood used in my designs is a sustainable, lightweight balsa wood.
What are your findings made of?
Findings are nickel-free and are either silver-plated, 14k gold-plated, antique brass, or antique copper. See the listing for specific details. Looking for sterling silver? Contact me to commission a custom piece.
Do you take commissions for custom designs?
Yes! Contact me to discuss a custom design. Commissions start at $50.
The design I want is out of stock. Can you tell me when it'll be back in stock?
Most of my designs are one-of-a-kind, and I make no promise to replicate them. That said, I will submit to demand if there's enough of it! Fill out stock notification form on the item listing - this lets me know the item is in demand, and you'll get an email if/when it's back in stock!
